Registered Nurse (RN), Lead Clinical Nurse - Evergreen Family Health Center (Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Positions, No Weekends)
The Lead Clinical Nurse, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, actively participates in the nursing care of patients, works with the multi-disciplinary team to assist in the day-to-day clinical operations of the office.
This includes problem solving, coordination of assignments and schedules, validation of clinical staff competency and monitoring of clinical staff performance.
The charge nurse serves as the primary resource for the nursing team in the absence of the Nurse Manager.

Experience:
Registered Professional Nurse Required 3 years clinical experience required, preferably in an office setting Completion of Charge Nurse Course preferred BSN preferred Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:
Registered Professional Nurse BLS Required (ACLS & PALS for Urgent Care) Recommended Skills Clinical Works Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
